St. Joseph Monastery is seeking a compassionate and reliable Medication Administration Technician (MAT) with at least 1 year CNA experience to join our care team. This role will provide high-quality care to our residents within a unique, peaceful, and supportive monastery environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Medication Administration: Safely and accurately prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
- CNA / Caregiver Duties: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, and mobility as needed.
- Full MAT Scope: Perform all standard MAT duties, monitor resident health status, and report any changes to the supervisory staff.
- Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil living space for our residents, honoring the quiet and respectful atmosphere of the monastery.
Qualifications
- Active Medication Administration Technician (MAT) certification required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with at least 1 year experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills including charting using our software program.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Must pass a pre-employment physical and background check.
Schedule: Ability to work three (3) 12-hour day shifts and one (1) 6-hour shift (every other week) and work every other weekend.
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.
