Bojangles of Harrisonburg is looking for crew members for all positions. We seek friendly, hardworking people that are looking to join an expanding and team-oriented environment. Applicants should have great customer service skills and enjoy interacting with our guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service to all restaurant guests
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Handle cash transactions using a cash register or POS system
- Follow all company and Bojangles policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet service standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or POS system
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Sales or retail math skills are beneficial for upselling and order accuracy
