What you’ll do:
As a Team Member, you’ll help create an exceptional guest experience while keeping operations running smoothly.
Food Preparation
- Prepare salads, wraps, soups, and beverage according to Salata standards .
- Keep ingredients stocked, fresh, and organized.
- Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures.
Guest Services
- Welcome guests with friendly, professional service.
- Help guests customize orders and answer menu questions.
- Maintain a positive and efficient customer experience.
Restaurant Operations
- Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Support opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.
Teamwork
- Work closely with leadership and fellow team members.
- Help maintain a respectful, dependable work environment.
- Support training and team success.
Who We’re Looking For
- Friendly, dependable, and professional team players.
- Strong communication and hospitality skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to work in a polished, guest-focused setting.
- Food service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Availability for flexible shifts including evenings and Saturdays.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs.
- Cleaning driving record is a plus for delivery opportunities. (Driving opportunities are for those aged 21 and above)
