Job Summary
The Scheduler will partner with the site Capital Lead, Program, Project Managers, and Project Engineers—across both self‑directed work teams and hub teams—to ensure effective planning and on‑time delivery of operational and capital projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop the owner verification schedule and coordinate the Operational readiness schedule.
- Support the review and assessment of contractor schedule submissions.
- Monitor and analyze actual progress against the planned schedule.
- Evaluate designers’ and contractors’ detailed schedules for accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with project objectives.
- Assess schedule‑related claims and provide informed, defensible recommendations.
- Review actual production rates and compare them against budgeted targets to identify variances.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience; pharmaceutical sector experience strongly preferred.
- Strong IT proficiency and comfort with digital tools.
- Fully proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Fully knowledgeable in standard forms of contract.
- Ability to apply resource loading and leveling principles to schedule activities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution‑oriented.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet critical deadlines.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
