Rejuvia Wellness is a physician-overseen medical spa in Uptown Dallas, and we are looking for a licensed esthetician who is fluent in Spanish and English, genuinely loves helping people feel good in their own skin, and has a real talent for creating social media content. This is a great fit for someone who is warm, patient, and detail oriented, who takes pride in taking care of every client who walks through the door, and who is excited to be the creative voice that shows the world what we do.
A meaningful part of our work is helping clients with deeper skin tones reach their goals safely. We want someone who is confident treating Fitzpatrick IV through VI, who understands the care those treatments require, and who can make every client feel genuinely seen and supported throughout their journey with us.
This role also owns social media content creation for the whole team. You will be capturing treatments, telling our story, and educating clients across our channels, so a real eye for content and comfort being on and behind the camera matters as much as your clinical skill.
What you'll do
- Create social media content for the entire team, including treatment clips, client education, before-and-afters, and the everyday moments that show our personality and care
- Perform esthetic treatments such as facials, peels, and skincare consultations tailored to each client's goals
- Operate laser and light-based devices safely, with strong attention to appropriate settings and protocols for darker skin tones
- Build real relationships with clients, answer their questions with patience, and help them feel comfortable and informed
- Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and ready, and follow all safety and sanitation standards
What we're looking for
- A current Texas esthetician license in good standing
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- A genuine talent for social media, with comfort creating content and being on camera. Sharing examples of your work is required to be considered (see How to apply below)
- Real comfort treating a range of skin tones, with care and confidence around Fitzpatrick IV through VI
- Laser experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right person, so what matters most is your attitude and your willingness to learn
- Above all, kindness, friendliness, and a true passion for client care
Schedule and compensation
This role is part time to start, Monday through Friday from 10 am to 2 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm, with the potential for more hours down the road as we grow. Compensation is a base hourly rate plus commission on both services and product sales.
