Overview
We are GROWING again! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Managers to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with expertise in inventory control, food production, and staff training development. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and service while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Implement effective food management practices to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills in food production and customer service.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members, ensuring alignment with the restaurant's values and standards.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and food management practices.
- Experience in training development for staff at all levels.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
