Responsibilities

- Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle phone calls professionally, taking reservations or answering questions as needed.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to enhance their dining experience.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette to handle calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Proven ability in guest relations, ensuring all guests feel valued and welcomed.
- Experience in customer service within the hospitality sector, preferably in restaurant or hotel settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems for managing reservations and orders is a plus.
