We build composite decks across Maryland year-round and are looking for skilled deck carpenters to add to our build team.
We handle the sales, permits, drawings, and materials — delivered to the site before you start. You show up to a ready job and build to the plan. Standardized work: same process, same product, every time.
What the job involves:
- Read and interpret construction plans and drawings for accurate deck layout
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install composite decking with hand and power tools
- Install framing — joists, beams, posts, stairs and support structure
- Trim, fascia, and clean finish work, with daily build photos
Pay & work:
- $25–35/hr based on experience and how efficiently you build
- Steady, year-round work — the cleaner and faster you build, the more you make and the more jobs we put you on.
- Prove yourself on the first job and you get consistent volume
What we handle:
- All sales and homeowner communication — you never deal with the client
- All permits, inspections, and materials delivered to site
- Approved drawings with exact dimensions before every job

- Composite (Trex) deck experience
- Your own tools and transportation
