The Nevada Department of Transportation is recruiting for a Senior IT Business Analyst in Carson City, NV. The incumbent will serve as the liaison between business units and the M365/Data Management teams, this position drives operational excellence by analyzing business processes, supporting data-driven reporting, and implementing M365 automation and collaboration solutions. The incumbent will contribute to business modernization initiatives using Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, OneDrive, Forms, and other enterprise collaboration services. This role works closely with the M365 Team, business stakeholders, technical staff, and vendors to support enterprise collaboration tools, enhance business operations, and implement process automation.
