You will be responsible for:
- Lead recruitment and support talent acquisition.
- Implement HR programs, including performance management and training.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations.
- Support HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification is an asset.
- 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
