- Starting at $14.50/hour+, based on experience

Shift differentials available for 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekends

32-hour and 40-hour positions available
As a DSP (also known as a caregiver, direct care worker, or support staff), you’ll provide hands-on support in a safe and supportive environment:

Assist individuals with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene)

Encourage independence and participation in daily routines and activities
-
Implement individualized care and program plans (IPP)
-
Support activities, recreation, and community involvement
-
Monitor and report changes in behavior, health, or needs
-
Follow safety procedures and respond to emergencies, including first aid

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
-
Advocate for the rights and dignity of each individual

Collaborate with team members and participate in care planning
-
Complete documentation accurately and timely
-
Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
All employees may be required to assist with direct care duties such as toileting, behavior support, and emergency interventions as needed.
