Employment type: full-time Shift: Monday- Thursday 7:00am-6pm; occasional Friday work. LOOKING TO HIRE, START TIME IS IN FEBRUARY.

Landscape services will be performed at high-end residential and commercial properties in a professional manner to meet our high standards of quality. The applicant will need to be punctual, dependable and have good listening skills along with the ability to execute game plans.

Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- REQUIRED TO HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
- Steel Toe Boots/Shoes
- Ability to do physical work in EXTREME climates 8-10 hours a day.
- Must to flexible and able to work varied schedules
- Work well in a team environment and do quality work in a production-scheduled pace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- All candidates must be energetic, highly motivated, hardworking, and prepared to show up on time as scheduled.
- Willingness to earn additional pay and responsibilities based on performance
- Attention to detail
- Dependability is essential to the job
- Must have reliable transportation
- Applicants must successfully clear background checks, pre-employment drug screening and employment verification process
- Special skills include:-Working knowledge of various lawn maintenance equipment-Push mowing, weed eating, shrub pruning, zero-turn mowing, turf type identification, weed identification.
