On Call LVN
We are in search of an On Call LVN with hospice experience. Our goal is to find candidates who are compassionate towards patients at end of life, as well as the families who support them. We strive to provide our patients with dignity and comfort through managing pain and addressing their symptoms in a timely manner. We are currently looking for a LVN for San Diego County.
As well as taking care of our patients and families, we also prioritize the well-being of our staff by creating an environment of positivity and inclusiveness. We understand the challenges that employees face in their careers and our focus is to create a workplace that they can be proud to be a part of. While the job can be demanding, our goal is to reduce the stressors of employment by celebrating, and rewarding, our team for their hard work and dedication.
