Join our dynamic creative team as a Print & Design Associate, where your passion for visual storytelling and technical expertise will bring innovative print and digital projects to life. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to craft compelling designs that elevate brand identities and communicate messages effectively. Your keen eye for detail, mastery of design tools, and enthusiasm for visual arts will drive impactful marketing campaigns, signage, and multimedia content across various platforms. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
A major part of this role is operating & maintaining commercial-grade print manufacturing equipment, on-site and paid training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-quality print materials
- Create engaging digital content such as motion graphics, web graphics, UI elements, and social media visuals utilizing Figma, Adobe After Effects, Sketch, and InVision.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize branding strategies and produce cohesive visual identities across all media.
- Design logos, illustrations, layouts, and typography that align with client branding guidelines and project objectives.
- Maintain consistency in color theory and typesetting standards while producing print-ready files optimized for production or digital distribution.
- Support manufacturing processes by preparing production files and overseeing quality control during the printing process.
- Operate & maintain manufacturing print equipment for efficient production
Skills
- Strong proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion graphics creation using Adobe After Effects and video editing tools.
- Ability to produce compelling visual designs through illustration, digital art, photo manipulation and layout design.
- Familiarity with printing equipment & process is a benefit, but not required
- Understanding of color management principles and typography best practices for both print and digital media.
- Excellent presentation skills to communicate concepts clearly to clients or team members.
Hours:
Monday - Friday
20-35 hrs, flexibility to work 4-7 hrs/day between 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
