Wage: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm – 1:30am + OT on Fridays and weekend if needed
Responsibilities:
- Managing the processing of components
- Process steel in job and zone order
- Scan bar codes of assemblies for production status
- Maintain equipment according to daily inspection checklists
- Keep equipment clean and report problems to maintenance
- Write all required markings on assemblies including required chamber, parts, etc.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to operate large capacity forklifts, Overhead Cranes, Conveyer and drag lines
- Experience with CNC Machines: Coper, Plate Processor, Angle Line
- Experience with saw/drill line (structural steel)
- Basic computer skills, Outlook, Bluebeam, download and import CNC files.
- Ability to read/interpret measuring tapes, blueprints, schematics and shop drawings
- Understanding of tolerances related to ASTM A6
