Overview:
The Tech Lead is a hands-on technical leader, a player-coach, who guides the architecture, design, and implementation quality of the Scrum team's deliverables. This role bridges the gap between product requirements and technical execution, ensuring the team builds scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with AssistRx's platform strategy. The Tech Lead writes code, mentors developers, removes technical blockers, and drives engineering best practices. The player-coach model is intentional and non-negotiable: the Tech Lead is an active contributor to the codebase, not a pure manager.
