Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training programs.
- Oversee employee relations by addressing workplace concerns promptly, managing conflict resolution, and facilitating effective communication across teams to promote a positive work environment.
- Administer benefits programs and compensation processes using HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ADP; ensure accurate data entry and payroll processing with systems like Paychex or Paylocity.
- Support performance management initiatives by conducting employee evaluations, implementing succession planning strategies, and assisting managers with performance improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and workers' compensation procedures; maintain safety records and coordinate safety training sessions aligned with organizational standards.
- Lead change management projects related to organization design or HR process improvements; utilize project management skills to ensure successful implementation.
- Develop and implement affirmative action plans and diversity initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace aligned with organizational values.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or related roles with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and HR compliance standards.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, or PeopleSoft; experience with ATS platforms like iCIMS or Taleo is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively manage employee relations and facilitate training & development sessions.
- Demonstrated project management abilities with experience in change management initiatives and organization design projects.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining attention to detail during data collection and data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict management.
