Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to achieve division goals aligned with corporate objectives, emphasizing innovation and market expansion.
- Lead and inspire senior leadership teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high engagement.
- Oversee all operational functions, including process optimization, project management, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and service quality.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating key partnerships, and expanding client relationships.
- Manage budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and performance metrics to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainable growth.
- Implement effective change management practices to adapt swiftly to industry shifts and organizational transformations.
- Lead large-scale program management efforts to coordinate cross-functional projects that support strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and business development.
- Demonstrated success supervising teams, managing complex projects, and leading organizational change initiatives.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform decision-making.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
