Havencrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dietary Cook to join our culinary team in Monongahela, PA. As a key member of our dietary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals to our residents. Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans and dietary needs
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
Assist with inventory management and ordering of food and supplies
Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure resident meals are served promptly and to their liking
Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and their families
Maintain accurate records of food preparation and inventory management
Requirements:
0 years of experience as a Dietary Cook or in a related field
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Strong communication and teamwork skills
