We provide next day flooring service to the Multi-family industry, serving apartment communities in 17 cities from our corporate headquarters in Memphis, TN.
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team! The Warehouse Associate assists with the use and distribution of large amounts of inventory from the warehouse on a daily basis. The Warehouse Associate works closely with the local branch manager and the warehouse manager to ensure a smooth flow of material in and out of the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift/or other material handling equipment as part of the distribution process within a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Utilize equipment while performing tasks to include shipping, moving, locating, relocating, and stacking product
- Cut and stage materials
- Assist with inventory controls
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Schedule will be 6am-3:00p Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
- Ability to read, understand and follow written documents
- Exhibit basic math skills and demonstrate an ability to match numbers
- Ability to follow and meet all safety standards and requirements
- Ability to multi-task with a great sense of organization and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Education/experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must have basic computer skills and be able to pass math skills test.
Forklift certified is preferred but not required.
