Join our team as a Maintenance Technician! We are looking for a dependable, skilled individual with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities to help maintain and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
- Promote and maintain a safe, healthy work environment.
- Inspect and maintain engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including motors.
- Use hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.
- Fabricate and repair parts and adjust functional components as needed.
- Maintain equipment parts and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding maintenance needs and equipment issues.
- Diagnose problems and apply effective troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical or trade school preferred.
- Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Some welding experience required.
- Must be willing to become certified in-house for crane, forklift, lift equipment, and/or mobile equipment operation.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Ability to read and understand diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, instructions, and engineering specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Ability to stand for 10–12 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
