Job Description
Overnight Stocker responsibilities include organizing goods on shelves, retrieving items from the back storage area, and removing defective items as needed. You will work with a small team of Overnight Stockers to ensure our store’s shelves are stocked with products for our customers when the store reopens. This is a nighttime position.
Pay & Benefits
$20.29/Hour (Current Department of Labor Wage Determination Rate)
Health & Welfare benefit ($5.09/Hour) pays for health insurance after 60 days of employment. Optional dental & vision.
11 Paid holidays
Paid sick leave – accrues at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked
Up to 2 weeks paid vacation per year after one year of employment
401k matching after one year of employment, up to 4%
Paid Life insurance: $50,000 after 90 days of employment

Requirements
Main Responsibilities
Operating pallet jacks to bring large pallets of cases throughout the store. Stacking empty pallets.
Safely opening cardboard boxes with use of a box cutter
Placing product on shelves in an efficient manner
Reading UPC codes to accurately place product in the designated area
Bailing cardboard as needed.
Main Physical Requirements
Ability to endure up to 7 hours a day of standing and walking.
Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to reach, kneel, walk, stand and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time.
