Certified Pharmacy Technician – Long Term Care
Location: Mansfield, TX
Position Type: Full‐time (40 hrs. per week)
$18-$20/hr. (Depending on experience)
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential
- Long Term Care experience
- Experience in data entry with high accuracy
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic understanding of pharmacy operations
- Effective organizational and time‐management skills
- Proficiency with pharmacy software, IPS
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management — Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Data Entry — Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient, prescription, and billing information.
- Customer Service — Provide professional, responsive support to clients, patients, and internal teams.
- Problem Solving — Identify issues, troubleshoot discrepancies, and escalate when necessary.
- Organization — Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and documentation with precision.
- Pharmacy Knowledge — Apply basic understanding of pharmacy workflow, terminology, and regulations.
- Collaboration — Work closely with pharmacists, billing, and management team to support account needs.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
