Precision Rehabilitation is a medical practice located in several cities in South Carolina. We are professional, agile and our goal is to help patients optimize their rehabilitation experience in skilled nursing environments. We accomplish this goal by being an adjunct to the rehab team creating an acute-inpatient hospital in the nursing home.
We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner who has a background in geriatrics physical rehabilitation and pain management. The nurse practitioner will be responsible to work independently and with the rehabilitation team to help patients optimize their rehab potential and maximize their functional goals. The successful candidate will be required to closely evaluate the progress of patients while assessing pain as a possible barrier to functional goals. The NP will also meet with resident, rehab team, and patient to discuss goals and progress. The NP should have a strong background in the musculoskeletal system. The NP will work in the Mount Pleasant area at 2-3 facilities. This position is great for work life balance with NO on-Call & NO weekends. The NP with strong background will receive on-the-job training by Physiatrist.

Pay: $89,323.00 - $145,000.00 per year
