Role Summary
The Marketing Associate will work closely with the Director of Marketing to plan and execute multi-channel marketing strategies. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a measurable impact. You will manage day-to-day social media operations, help integrate marketing systems, and analyze performance data to continuously improve results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Marketing in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital channels
- Manage and grow Bluegrass Lending’s social media presence, with a focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager
- Execute cold email and SMS outreach campaigns, including copywriting, list management, and performance tracking
- Integrate and maintain marketing tools and AI-driven systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs through dashboards and analytics platforms
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for the marketing team
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and organic social media management
- Familiarity with cold email platforms and SMS marketing tools
- Experience working with AI-driven marketing tools and system integrations
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting marketing dashboards and analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter mentality with a results-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience in financial services, lending, or fintech
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
