We are seeking motivated and driven individuals to participate in our Internship Program. This 6–10-week program provides hands-on experience through meaningful, project-based work across various departments including Marketing, Human Resources, Maintenance, Accounting, IT, Operations, Distribution, Food Service and Transportation/Environmental. Interns will gain valuable exposure to real-world business operations while contributing to impactful initiatives within the organization.
- Supports assigned department with daily operations and project-based work
- Assists in the planning, execution, and completion of key initiatives and tasks
- Conducts research, data collection, and analysis to support business decisions
- Contributes ideas and recommendations to improve processes and efficiency
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Completes administrative and operational tasks as needed by the department
- Maintains accurate documentation, reports, and project updates
- Participates in meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
- Communicates effectively with supervisors, mentors, and team members
- Demonstrates accountability by meeting deadlines and delivering quality work
- Adapts to various departmental needs and takes initiative in learning new skills
- Upholds company policies, procedures, and professional standards at all times

Program Structure:
1-2 weeks learning department, goals and objectives.
1-2 weeks collaborative work.
1-2 weeks independent work with feedback from manager.
- Department placement based on applicant skills, interests, and business needs
- Ongoing feedback and evaluation throughout the program
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from highschool, college, university, or technical program
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
