Are you a friendly, organized, and patient-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We’re excited to welcome an Orthodontic Front Office Receptionist to our team in both our Portland and Vancouver offices! At least 1 year of Orthodontic experience is required.
About the Position:
- Schedule: Enjoy a balanced workweek of four 9-hour days, from 7:30 am to 5 or 5:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities: You’ll be the warm, welcoming face of our practice, greeting patients as they arrive, coordinating front-desk activities, managing calls and questions, and supporting a smooth and efficient patient experience. High organizational skills and a positive, customer-service-oriented personality are essential to excel in this dynamic role.

Exciting Environment: In this fast-paced setting, you’ll manage daily operations and be a go-to problem-solver for patients and staff. Being calm and effective in any situation is key!

Requirements:
- Orthodontic/Dental Experience: 1 Year of prior experience in orthodontics is required.

Reliable Transportation: This position requires flexibility to work at both our Portland and Vancouver offices, so reliable transportation is essential.
