Requirements:
What You'll Do

Lead daily Body Shop operations

Manage estimating, scheduling, workflow, and production

Drive sales growth and profitability

Coach, develop, and motivate team members

Monitor KPIs including customer satisfaction, gross profit, cycle times, and efficiency

Build strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, and vendors

Ensure an exceptional customer experience from estimate to vehicle delivery
What We're Looking For

Previous Body Shop Management experience

Strong knowledge of collision repair operations

Experience with estimating systems such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex

Proven leadership and team-building skills
-
Strong communication and customer service abilities

Track record of improving operational performance and profitability

High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Preferred Experience

Automotive dealership collision center experience
-
DRP and insurance claims management
-
Knowledge of OEM repair standards

Familiarity with ADAS calibrations, aluminum repair, and emerging collision technologies
