Summary
We are seeking a passionate Childcare Provider to join our team in New Braunfels. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 5 years to 11 years. Your contributions will help us fulfill our commitment to high-quality education and care. You would be working with our after-school aged children and the hours would be 2-6 pm daily.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Assist with daily activities, including meals, playtime, and nap time.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in childcare.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance educational programs.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles.
- First aid/CPR certification (Not required before starting)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Experience with preschool or toddler care is a plus.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques is beneficial.
- Drive a 15 passenger van with children.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
