Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for insurance sales and a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
We offer Property and Casualty Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Financial Planning as part of our portfolio.
Duties:
- Prospect for new business by utilizing your natural market, networking, and marketing
-Analyze clients' insurance needs and suggest appropriate policies
- Market and sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy features, benefits, and premiums
- Administer benefits and claims processes in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Strong sales administration skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and tailor sales strategies accordingly
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
