Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Full Time or Part Time Retail Sales Associates to join our team at our Scarborough location. Shifts will be flexible, include weekend availability and are day shifts, only.
As representatives of Harbor Fish Market, the retail sales associates present the highest standards of customer service throughout the day while maintaining full, freshly iced whole fish, filet, and smoked displays, shellfish displays and full refrigerated and frozen displays. Retail sales associates continually develop their knowledge of fish and shelfish in an effot to more effectively assist customers.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Have knowledge of store products and promotions.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle stock replenishment and inventory management to keep shelves full and tidy.
- Use strong communication skills to answer customer questions about products, store policies, or promotions.
- Maintain phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or in person.
Skills
- Familiarity with with retail store operations is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of seafood or willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of inventory procedures is a plus.
- Able to lift, push, pull 25+ pounds.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
