We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient clinical team in North Dakota. The OT will perform comprehensive functional assessments, design and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, and support patients in achieving their therapy goals in a welcoming outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments of clients’ functional performance, including activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental ADLs (IADLs), cognition, upper extremity function, etc.

Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans to meet patient-specific goals.

Provide one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions, document progress, and engage patients and caregivers in education and carryover.

Recommend and train in use of adaptive equipment, modifications, and environment adaptations when appropriate.

Collaborate with referring providers, clinic staff, and support personnel to coordinate patient care.

Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinic policies, payer regulations, and state licensure standards.

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, patient satisfaction efforts, and clinic growth.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current or eligible for North Dakota OT licensure

Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Experience in outpatient OT setting preferred (but new graduates with the right qualifications are welcome to apply).

Ability to engage with diverse patient populations, handle a varied caseload, and adapt in a dynamic clinical environment.
