ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an expert in print composition, digital production, and accessibility compliance to join our team in a full-time capacity. this role serves as a trusted authority across the organization, supporting production, sales, customer service, and clients through technical expertise, workflow guidance, and industry best practices.
This is an individual-contributor role with broad influence, working closely with multiple departments and our wholly owned print and digital production facility in Chennai, India, to ensure high-quality, efficient, scalable, and accessible content delivery. The individual selected for this position will be located at our Danbury, CT headquarters, with a minimum of 3 days per week required onsite.
