- Starting Base Rate: $23.00 to $24.50 per hour (Pure hourly pay based on experience)

Weekly Earnings Average: $1,200 gross per week (Driven by a standard 40-hour base schedule plus ~5–10 hours of weekly overtime)

- Home Time: 100% Home Daily, finish your daily shift and head straight home

Core Role: Active yard hostling/spotting (moving trailers around the retail distribution yard) and local shuttling

Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Cargo (Store/warehouse staff handles all freight inside trailers; you handle trailer positioning, landing gear, and air lines)

Work Environment: Active, physically demanding yard position working outdoors continuously in Phoenix heat and cold weather elements
- Shift Availability: Day Shifts and Night Shifts available

Weekly Cadence: 40-hour weekly base schedule running 7 days a week; weekend work is standard/required

Holidays: Christmas Day is guaranteed OFF for this operation
