InnSeason Resort The Falls at Ogunquit is looking for an enthusiastic individual who loves to interact with people while providing fun activities, tours and area information for our guests on vacation. This person gets to create, teach and have fun every day alongside our guests!
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and administer organized activities like hiking, tours, and crafts for both adults and kids.
- Create and oversee seasonal activities.
- Provide Professional and friendly service to all guests.
- Maintain ongoing inventory of supplies and materials used.
- Engage with our guests to educate them about daily and weekly activities.
- Able to provide up to date local information and suggestions of off-site activities to guests.
- Maintain up to date information on local activities and handouts for the area.
- Prepare, execute, and clean up daily activities.
- Provide assistance to guests during activities.
- Support the Front Desk as needed.
- Maintenance of games, movies, literature, info boards, Activities room.
- Maintain up to date social media posts to include weekly schedule, photos, blog.
- Maintain resort van for safety and cleanliness.

- Ability to work with all ages/genders/abilities in a group activity setting.
- Ability to initiate conversations with unfamiliar persons.
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Possess strong customer service skills and have an outgoing personality.
- Possess multi-tasking skills and problem-solving skills when needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess computer skills, including social media.
- Ability to drive a 9-passenger van in all weather conditions, and ensure guests are entering/exiting the vehicle safely.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods. Occasionally the position requires kneeling, stooping, and bending.
- Ability to list, push, pull up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in all weather environments, both indoor and outdoor.
- Ability to briskly walk up to 3 miles, occasionally uphill with mild rocky terrain.
Education / Experience:
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid/AED training preferred
