Role Description:
This is a part-time or full-time, on-site Associate Veterinarian position based in Chandler, Arizona.
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care for companion animals while working collaboratively with an experienced support team. This position offers a balanced schedule consisting of dedicated surgery days and appointment (room) days, allowing veterinarians to maintain and strengthen both their surgical and medical skills while providing continuity of care for their patients.
Responsibilities include performing physical examinations, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, interpreting laboratory and diagnostic imaging results, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and performing routine soft tissue surgeries and dentistry.
Our veterinarians are expected to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, educate pet owners on preventive health, and partner with our technicians and client service team to deliver an exceptional client experience. The position also includes maintaining accurate medical records, contributing to the continued development of hospital medical standards and protocols, and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) from an accredited veterinary college.
- Active Arizona veterinary license (or eligibility for Arizona licensure).
- Experience in companion animal medicine, surgery, and dentistry. New graduates seeking strong clinical mentorship are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate a commitment to learning and professional growth.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary (Full- Time): $120,000–$130,000 annually, depending on experience (DOE)
- Production Compensation: Additional quarterly production bonuses available through a transparent production compensation model
