OFT, Inc. is a food manufacturer in Henderson, NV, looking for a Production Worker to join our night-shift team (3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday). If you take pride in doing careful, hands-on work and want to be part of a team that values quality and dependability, we'd like to meet you.
As a Production Worker, you'll help run our production lines — operating equipment, assembling and packaging product, and keeping quality and safety high on every batch. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented people and provide hands-on training to set you up for success.
What you'll do
- Operate and monitor production machinery following all safety guidelines
- Assemble raw materials into finished products to specification
- Clean and sanitize equipment and the production area
- Inspect product for defects and flag any issues to your supervisor
- Package and label finished product
- Record production data and report any deviations
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Work with your team to hit daily production targets
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Nevada State Food Handler Card (Health Card) — required
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in areas with varying temperatures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and able to commit to the night shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Mon–Fri)
- Previous manufacturing or food-production experience is a plus, not required
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus
