Our busy and growing gynecology practice is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our team. We welcome both new graduates seeking exceptional mentorship and experienced PAs looking for a rewarding career in Women's Health.

Essential Job Duties
- Evaluate and manage patients with gynecologic conditions in the outpatient setting
- Perform comprehensive history-taking and physical examinations
- Develop assessment and treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician
- Counsel patients regarding preventive care, contraception, menopause, abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, endometriosis, fibroids, and other gynecologic conditions
- Review laboratory and imaging results and communicate findings to patients
- Assist with in-office gynecologic procedures consistent with training and experience
- Participate in perioperative and postoperative management of surgical patients
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record
- Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and ancillary services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice growth opportunities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining high clinical standards
Qualifications Required
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Eligible for Texas licensure as a Physician Assistant
- Current or eligible NCCPA certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Dependable and professional demeanor
Preferred
- Texas licensed Physician Assistant
- Prior gynecology, women's health, family medicine, surgery, or surgical first-assist experience
- Experience using Athena EHR
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary for new graduates: $100,000 annually + Productivity bonuses
- For experienced PAs, competitive salary commensurate with experience, including productivity bonuses
