Position Summary: P1 Dental Partners is seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience in the dental or healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our growing team. This role requires a deep understanding of the dental or healthcare sector, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for various positions within the dental and healthcare fields.

Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections.

Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and are a good cultural fit for P1 Dental Partners.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create detailed job descriptions, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Employer Branding: Promote P1 Dental Partners as an employer of choice by showcasing our company culture, values, and opportunities for growth.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in dental and healthcare recruitment.
Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.

Strong understanding of dental and healthcare roles, certifications, and industry-specific requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
