We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team at a busy Latin restaurant located in the Park Circle area of North Charleston.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with previous restaurant management experience who can effectively manage daily operations, lead the team, and maintain excellent standards of customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant management experience is required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing front-of-house staff and daily restaurant operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and responsible
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Lead, supervise, and support restaurant staff
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Assist with employee scheduling and shift management
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and restaurant standards
- Help ensure opening and closing procedures are properly completed
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Support management with inventory and operational needs
