Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Licensed Esthetician and Lash Technician to join our vibrant beauty team at Dynamite Braid HairSalonandSpa. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional skincare, lashes in a lively, customer-focused environment. As a key member of our team, you will utilize your expertise to enhance clients’ natural beauty, provide personalized consultations, and create memorable guest experiences. Duties
- Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, treatments, body waxing, hair threading, with precision and care.
- Apply eyelash extensions and makeup applications to enhance clients’ natural features.
- Conduct retail product demos and upsell skincare, makeup, and beauty products to maximize client satisfaction
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols.
- Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build an active online community.
- Provide excellent guest services by listening attentively to client needs, offering professional recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Educate clients with product knowledge demonstrations and ongoing education on new treatments or techniques such as dermal fillers or esthetic laser advancements.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with experience in lash extension application; additional certifications in dermal fillers or Botox are a plus.
- Proven expertise in esthetic treatments like facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, hair threading, laser treatments.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and social media management to grow your clientele base.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatment options confidently.
- Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols within a spa or salon setting.
- Background in hospitality or customer service roles that emphasize guest satisfaction.
- Ability to perform multiple treatments including eyelash extensions, makeup application.
