Support Services of Virginia is hiring a Site Coordinator in Lynchburg to provide leadership and direct support for individuals receiving services. The Site Coordinator is responsible for implementing Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for assigned individuals while providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Assistant Site Coordinators (ASCs). This position also promotes Positive Practices, encourages quality service delivery, and helps foster a collaborative team environment.
This position requires daytime, evening, and weekend availability. Overnight hours may also be required based on site needs and staffing requirements. The Site Coordinator reports to the Site Service Coordinator or Regional Head of Services.
Compensation
$15.50 per hour
Qualifications
- Ability to pass criminal and registry background checks
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with proof of education
- Clear tuberculosis screening
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and accept constructive feedback
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid, Medication Management, Medicaid Waiver Certification, and Core Competencies
- Basic math skills
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
