As a Manufacturing Team Lead, you'll guide a team of 5–10 employees, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires clear communication of goals, safety expectations, and deadlines, along with proactive problem-solving to keep production on track.
Beyond managing the day-to-day, you'll play an active role in coaching and developing your team-providing real-time guidance, reinforcing best practices, and fostering a strong, team-oriented culture. You'll ensure all work meets strict quality and compliance requirements, from maintaining traceability and documentation accuracy to following controlled processes and supporting audits.
