We are seeking a dynamic and organized Driver Education School Sales and Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and drive student enrollment growth. This pivotal role combines office management, sales strategy, vendor relations, and team supervision to ensure smooth daily operations and a vibrant learning environment. Duties
- Manage daily office operations including scheduling, filing, and handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Oversee student registration processes, ensuring accurate data entry and timely communication with clients using Microsoft Office tools and spreadsheets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase student enrollment through outreach events, community engagement, and client communication
- Supervise administrative staff, providing training & development opportunities to enhance team performance and customer service quality
- Coordinate vendor relationships for supplies, equipment maintenance, and other operational needs while managing budgets effectively
- Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, and financial recordkeeping using accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar financial software
- Manage multi-line phone systems, calendar scheduling, and office logistics to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within an educational or service-oriented environment
- Supervisory experience leading teams with a focus on training & development
- Strong background in bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and financial software applications (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules effectively using calendar management tools; experience with event planning is a plus
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a focus on client interaction and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with human resources functions including employee onboarding, file management, and confidentiality protocols
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), spreadsheets creation, filing systems, and clerical tasks
- Experience in vendor management, office supply procurement, and handling confidential information with integrity
