Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are actively seeking a licensed BCBA for the 2026-2027 school year. The position is located within a school district in Downers Grove, IL. In this role you will be assisting a variety of campuses based on need
Requirements:

Master’s Level Degree in one of the following: School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or similar field

Must hold an active BCBA State Teaching License

Responsibilities: -
Work with students on Autism spectrum but there can be other students that have various behavior needs

Collaborate on IEPs with teachers and help in their classrooms

Supervise RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) when needed
