We're looking for a Warehouse Operations Specialist to help keep our inventory accurate and our shipping operations running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Manage egg and packaging inventories through daily, weekly, and monthly counts.
- Support shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading trailers.
- Safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
- Move inventory throughout coolers, freezers, and production areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe warehouse environment.
What We're Looking For
- Warehouse, inventory, or shipping & receiving experience preferred.
- Forklift experience (or ability to become certified).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in refrigerated and freezer environments.
