What You’ll Do
As a Shift Lead, you’ll be the go-to leader for smooth operations during your shift. You’ll keep the energy high, the smiles big, and the team firing on all cylinders.
- Support staff to keep operations efficient, safe, and sparkling clean.
- Assist with training, coaching, and motivating team members.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Jump into all roles as needed – from party hosting to café service.
- Inventory check, restock supplies, and assist with ordering.
- Assist with creating staff schedule
- Enforce safety policies for guests and staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to keep the fun going.
- Promote events, specials, and upselling opportunities to boost sales.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture.
- This is a weekend part time position. Hours vary Friday through Sunday. Aproximately 10-15 hours per week.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ months of Family Entertainment Center or retail experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure with a friendly vibe
- Cash-handling experience.
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
