As an AT&T Sales Representative, you'll represent one of the nation's leading telecommunications brands by working directly with residential customers. You'll educate customers on AT&T wireless and fiber services, recommend solutions that fit their needs, and help them enroll in products that keep them connected. No previous sales experience is required, we provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed.
What You'll Do as an AT&T Sales Representative:
- Represent AT&T products and services through in-person customer interactions
- Meet with residential customers to explain wireless, internet, and fiber solutions
- Build trust through consultative sales conversations and personalized recommendations
- Guide customers through enrollments, account setup, and service upgrades
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales goals
- Participate in daily training sessions focused on product knowledge, customer engagement, and professional development
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in an in-person, customer-facing environment
- Goal-oriented with an interest in sales and career advancement
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
