HVAC Installer (On-Call )
We are seeking experienced HVAC Installers to assist with residential and commercial HVAC installations on an as-needed basis. This is not a permanent full-time position. Installers will be contacted when installation projects become available and can choose whether to accept each opportunity based on their availability.
This role is ideal for experienced HVAC professionals looking to earn additional income, supplement their current workload, or take on flexible installation projects.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and installation instructions.
- Ensure all installations comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Test installed systems to verify proper operation and performance.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.
- Complete required installation documentation and reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–5 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
