Training on site in Wenona, IL. Remote position thereafter.
Must-Have Experience
- Commercial trucking dispatch (required)
- Fuel hauling knowledge (preferred)
- Strong command of DOT + HOS
- Ability to manage drivers, loads, and chaos without dropping accuracy
What You’ll Do
- Build and assign loads in TMW with zero errors
- Monitor HOS, ELDs, routes, and driver performance
- Keep every load covered, every mile efficient, every driver accountable
- Coordinate with shop on equipment availability + PMs
- Support HR with recruiting, training, discipline, and scheduling
- Communicate clearly with customers and solve problems fast
- Maintain tight records, accurate data entry, and a professional attitude under pressure
What You Need
- 2+ years dispatch/logistics experience
- Strong leadership and communication
- Ability to juggle multiple moving parts without losing control
- Solid computer skills (Office 365, TMW/Isaac a plus)
